Established in 2002 as a Part Time business, transitioned to a Full Time endeavor in 2008 and have now emerged as a Wholesaler to Specialty Markets, Restaurants, Health Food Stores, and Health Clubs; as well as a Retailer for Biskooky Gift Baskets, Beautifully Decorated Platters for any occasion, and for individual sales. We are regular vendors at the Bronxville, Nyack and Suffern Farmer's Markets and have enjoyed tremendous success at various street fairs.
Our products are made from scratch. Our hand-rolled technique provides the unique texture that defines our product. Crafting our products by hand results in Biskookys and Snackers that may vary in size and weight. We love this quirkey quality and that is why our packaging is by weight not by product number.
We also pack our Biskookys and Snackers by hand, and take EXTRA care to minimize breakage. The crumbles you may see at the bottom of your package occur naturally and make wonderful toppings for ice cream or yogurt. Try sprinkling them on top of muffins before baking.
Gluten-Free products have recently been added to our offerings and we are delighted with the response we've received from the Celiac community as well as from our customers who purchase them just because they like them. Although we produce our Gluten-Free products on shared equipment, we use good manufacturing practices to minimize cross contamination. We look forward to utilizing a dedicated space for Gluten-Free production very soon
